Not to exceed$5,405,000 General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds
Our File No. 419370-20
Dear Jill:
We have prepared and enclose the necessary proceedings to carry out the hearing on the
captioned Bonds for the June 9 Council meeting.
The proceedings enclosed are as follows:
1. Minutes of the meeting to provide for the hearing, followed by the resolution
determining to proceed with the issuance of the Bonds. The adoption of this resolution constitutes
the "additional action" required by the statute. As soon as we are advised of the date selected for the
bond sale and of the amount and principal maturities of the Bonds, we will prepare and forward the
Notice of Sale to you for publication in your newspaper.
2. Minutes showing the adjournment of the meeting.
3. Certificate attesting the transcript.
On June 9,the Council should meet as scheduled and hold a hearing on its intention to issue
the Bonds. The minutes as drawn assume that no objections will be filed or made. The Council may
then proceed with the adoption of the enclosed resolution.
