The proceedings enclosed are as follows: 1. Minutes of the meeting to provide for the hearing, followed by the resolution determining to proceed with the issuance of the Bonds. The adoption of this resolution constitutes the "additional action" required by the statute. As soon as we are advised of the date selected for the bond sale and of the amount and principal maturities of the Bonds, we will prepare and forward the Notice of Sale to you for publication in your newspaper. 2. Minutes showing the adjournment of the meeting. 3. Certificate attesting the transcript. On June 9,the Council should meet as scheduled and hold a hearing on its intention to issue the Bonds. The minutes as drawn assume that no objections will be filed or made. The Council may then proceed with the adoption of the enclosed resolution.
