Not to Exceed$3,400,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds
Our File No. 419370-19
Dear Jill:
We have prepared and enclose the necessary proceedings to carry out the hearing on the
captioned Bonds for the September 8 Council meeting.
The proceedings enclosed are as follows:
1. Minutes of the meeting to provide for the hearing, followed by the resolution
determining to proceed with the issuance of the Bonds. The adoption of this resolution constitutes
the "additional action" required by the statute.
2. Minutes showing the adjournment of the meeting.
3. Certificate attesting the transcript.
On September 8, the Council should meet as scheduled and hold a hearing on its intention
to issue the Bonds. The minutes as drawn assume that no objections will be filed or made. The
Council may then proceed with the adoption of the enclosed resolution.
As these proceedings are completed, please return one fully executed copy of our office.
